I don’t know who built the house where we live.
What would you think if I said, “I didn’t see this house being built. For all I know, it wasn’t built—it just happened”?
Would you think I had taken leave of my senses?
A house evidences design. “Design demands a designer.”
A house is a fairly complex thing. But how does its complexity compare with that of the universe?
Consider the following sentence, composed of two statements:
“For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God” (Hebrews 3:4).
Should anyone have any problem believing the first statement? The second?
